Skill Acquisition training/workshops are organized for school leavers and youth generally, who want to get additional skills to enhance their living e.g. baking, handiwork (weaving, dress, hat, bead, and shoe making) party decoration/event management, etc. They would be trained by skilled people in various fields.
Entrepreneurship Development Programme: seminars are organized for youths to inform them on how to operate and manage their own business successfully. ICSS - INSPIRE, CREATE, START, SCALE modules Training for Unemployed graduates and youths on INSPIRE and CREATE modules, while START and SCALE modules for youths already in business, that are planning to grow and scale.
ICT workshops and training are organized for school leavers and secondary school students who have not been trained and for those who want additional knowledge on ICT.

Women in Business Clinic: at the WIBC, women are attended to on the issues they have in their business and how they can improve on it. Expert attends to them, put them through regularising their business/es with the Corporate Affairs Commission, SMEDAN, NAFDAC, SON and other relevant bodies/agencies in the Ecosystem. Seminars are organised to help them through doing business with ease.
Skill acquisition: We organise training for women without income through skill acquisition, so they can be self-employed and self-reliant. After the skill training, we help them with access to fund, access to market, business formalisation and Business Development Support Services (BDSS).

GREEN (Generating Resourceful Energy for Evergreen Nigeria) we educate and sensitise urban and rural communities in mitigation and adaptation of climate change, educating them on available alternative ways of domestic cooking sources and disadvantages of tree felling/cutting for firewood.
